The Case Details:
Challenge/Problem
As a startup business, it is difficult to raise brand awareness. As the new kid on the block, tooting your own horn is necessary, but it’s much louder when you have fans, users, and brand ambassadors doing the heavy lifting!Â
Social Media Goals
In this case study, we track the ROI of a brand ambassador tasked with achieving 20+ store registrations (for creators) a month over the course of 2 months (40 website registrations total).Â
How we reached the goal/Strategy
To track our brand ambassador’s progress, we assigned a unique referral code for her to share with her audience (our target audience). From there, she used her channels to showcase our brand and invited others to join. To nurture this group from registered to verified, we helped our brand ambassador facilitate a private Facebook group, LIVE training, and Telegram group chats.Â
The Results
Here are the results of integrating a brand ambassador for two months tracked via Intercom:
Not only did we reach our goal, we surpassed and created a healthy starting funnel of creators to test our platform and start making sales.
