- DIY PR Starter Kit Terms: When purchasing any products or services you will be entering into a contract with Put Into Words LLC.
By making this purchase, you confirm that you are making the purchase to start public relations work for your own brand or business and do not and will not offer this content as a service to educate others.
This Agreement is made between; The ‘Service Provider’ Put Into Words LLC. AndThe ‘Client’ who purchases the product.
Commencing on today’s date. This document acts as a mutual agreement to define the terms of service for our working relationship. Both parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.
The Client understands and agrees that;
1. The Client will not share the materials within this product with anyone else. They understand they do not own the copyright to this product and therefore cannot sell, distribute or share this content in any way.
2. Although every care will be taken to provide accurate information, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the use of such information and it’s recommended that the client does their own due diligence to ensure they take the most appropriate course of action. The Client agrees that they shall not hold the Service Provider liable for any incidental or consequential damages that arise from the Service Provider’s information.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The Service Provider will take every care to provide accurate information relevant to the Client, however due to the nature of the public relations business, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the use of such information and it’s recommended that the client does their own due diligence to ensure they take the most appropriate course of action.
By confirming their purchase, the Client agrees they have read, understood, and are considered legally bonded to these terms.
New clients/ small projects require a 50% payment up front
I accept payment through Stripe via a sent invoice
Any changes requested during a project will require a Statement of Work amendment
A formal invoice is included with all final draft submissions
Statements of Work include:
A scope of services agreed upon
A timetable for submission
A fee breakdown
Terms of payment
A written Terms of Agreement signature
